Create and Add Task Form/Checklist Templates

This article explains how your team can Create Task Form/Checklist Templates and add them to work orders:

    How to create Task Form/Checklist Templates

    1. Access your Task Form/Checklist Templates settings by selecting "Settings"
    2. On the Settings page, click the "Form Templates"
    3. On the Form Templates, click the "Plus Sign"
    4. Enter Form Template Name
    5. Select from the follow Task Form/Checklist types
      1. Task
      2. Number 
      3. Text 
      4. Checklist 
      5. Multiple Choice 
    6. Enter Task or Form Question 
    7. Select the "Plus Sign" to add additional form items. 
    8. Select Save

    How to add Task Form/Checklist Templates to a work order

    1. Start by Creating a Work Order
    2. On the "Work Orders" navigate to Add Form Template
    3. On the "Select Form Template" click desired Form Template
