How to Create and Manage Preventative Maintenance/Repeating Work Orders

This article explains how to create a work order with our mobile/web application. 


How to Create Preventative Maintenance/Repeating Work Orders

  1. On the Work Orders page, click "+ Work Order"
  2. Enter in your Work Order Info as you normally would:
    1. Enter a Title
    2. Enter a Description
    3. Select Priority level
    4. Select Equipment (optional) 
    5. Select Location 
    6. Select Category
    7. Assign Main Worker (defaults to user)
    8. Assign Support Worker (optional)
    9. Select Team (optional)
    10. For a Preventative Maintenance/Repeating Work Order:
      1. Set your Due Date for the due date of the first PM
      2. Select End Due Date *date you'd like the schedule work order to stop repeating
      3. Set your Repeating Schedule frequency

         4. Add any other information for your work order.

         5. Click Add Work Order

    How to Edit Preventative Maintenance/Repeating Work Orders

    1. On the Work Orders page, click the desired work order
    2. Hover over Options in the upper right hand corner,  then select Edit from the drop down menu
      - If edits only applies to current recurring work order select "Edit Current"
      If edits apply to all recurring work orders select "Edit All Future Work Orders"
    3. Make desired edits 
    4. Click Save Work Order
